Process.
We identified that Medellin, has a lot of traffic jams every day, but when it rains this situation gets worse.
For this project, we focused on understanding the user's needs by making surveys and interviews allowing us to know what could be better for users helping them to improve their quality of life.
The design process was based on the design thinking process to ideate various ideas from different perspectives and choose one to be developed.

Result.
Physical.
This part of the product allows the user to interact with the umbrella service, to help them to move around the city no matter if it is raining or sunny.

Digital.
The idea in one way helps to manage the umbrella's disponibility and in another way helps users to know the best route in real-time to get to the destination using the different transport facilities.
