The design process was focused on understanding credit users in different scenarios, borrowing capacity, and range of ages to identify our target. support in surveys, interviews, and journey map identifying pains, gains, and finally have strong insights to base the project.
Resources for design were user flows, sketches, wireframes, and high-quality prototypes.
